- A
specialized Landlord Concierge "For
Rent" sign will be placed at the property.
- Prospective
tenants from Landlord Concierge Applicant Database, where
we have tenants on file who may be ready to move-in immediately,
will be notified of your vacancy.
- A
complimentary listing of the unit will be placed on the
Landlord Concierge For Rent
Listing web page.
- Our
personnel will receive and respond to all phone calls
and show apartment during scheduled times.
- We
will perform a basic tenant screening which includes:
criminal background check (including evictions), sex offender
check, employment verification, income verification, and
rental history verification of each applicant. Credit
checks and physical rental history checks are also available.
- An
"Applicant Report" will be submitted to you
on a weekly basis outlining such statistics as: amount
of inquiry calls received, number of showings scheduled,
most effective advertising tool and detailed information
about each applicant.
- All
paperwork and duties will be handled on your behalf during
the lease signing process.
- A
complimentary “Apartment Inspection Form”
will be provided to each new tenant.
Rent
Collection

- You
can make
your physical address anonymous to your tenants by utilizing
the address of Landlord Concierge.
- We
will collect the rent from your tenants on your behalf.
- Collection
methods include: postage mail, electronic (credit, debit
and direct deposit), and live pick-up from drop boxes.
- We
will direct deposit the rental income into your bank account.
Request
Concierge Services

- A
LC Concierge, at our discretion, will fulfill any request
that you have pertaining to property management as long
as your requests are not illegal, immoral, or unethical
or would require Landlord Concierge or the Concierge to
assume any significant degree of risk or liability.
