- A complimentary
“For Rent” sign will be placed at your property.
- Access to the
Landlord Concierge Applicant Database, where we have tenants
either on file or through our networks, may be ready to move-in
immediately.
- Landlord Concierge
will receive and respond to all inquiries and perform an unlimited
amount of showings of the unit(s) during scheduled times.
- Perform a basic
tenant screening which includes: criminal background check,
employment history check, income verification, sex offender
check, and past rental history check of each applicant. Credit
check is optional with fee either paid by the Landlord or
Applicant.
- All legal paperwork
will be drafted and processed during the lease signing.
Our
service is NON-EXCLUSIVE and NO MONEY
IS DUE until the lease is signed.
We
recommend that you make any necessary efforts to rent your unit(s)
in a timely manner in conjunction with our service. There is no
money due up front or hidden fees as we only ask for the right
to list your property with our service. If we can find you a tenant
that you approve, we will be compensated from their initial payment
so you are never required to pay a cent to Landlord Concierge
directly.
