Question: How much does your services cost?

Answer: We now offer three basic services that are available for up-front, flat rates with no additional surcharges or hidden fees. Please click the links for additional information: Rental Assistance, Concierge Services, and Rent Collection.

 

Question: Are you a property management company?

Answer: No. We are not a traditional property management company. We don't sign you to long-term contracts and charge a percentage of your monthly revenue. We simply offer specific property management services on a "on-demand" basis.

Question: Will you ever offer any of your services to commercial income properties?

Answer: There is no plan at this time to offer our services to commercial investment property owners. As the business continues to grow, we will continually innovate and respond to market trends and needs.




Question:
Are any of your services available to private residences?

Answer:
No. Our service is strictly for residential non-owner occupied properties and their owners.

 

Question: Does Landlord Concierge own any investment properties?

Answer: No. We’ve learned from other property management related companies that conflicts can arise if companies that offer services to investment property owners that own investment properties as well. Depending on the amount of properties they own, they may become preoccupied with servicing their own properties and jeopardize the quality of service to their paying clients.




Question: Is Landlord Concierge a franchise?

Answer: No. Landlord Concierge is absolutely committed to a maintaining a high-level of client service and we feel that traditional franchise would negatively impact our brand integrity. We do continually explore ways we can grow and expand our service to other areas that will not negatively affect our ability to deliver a high quality service.
